Summary0001596: [Smart3][ATV12] CTS: side effect of passive standy patch
DescriptionHi YK,

There are three failed test cases of CTS module (CtsOsHostTestCases). (CtsOsHostTestCases-fail.png)

Command:
run cts -m CtsOsHostTestCases

some messages from the log:
"PowerManagerService: goToSleepNoUpdateLocked check sys.passive.standby = "
"PowerManagerService: SendBroadcast Intent (com.skbtv.tv.sleep) reason : 9"

After we revert the SPTEK's patch, we can get all pass results in this module. (CtsOsHostTestCases-pass.png)
(patch's path: frameworks/base/, please refer to framework_base.PNG)

some messages from the log after reverting:
"PowerManagerService: Powering off display group due to inattentive (groupId= 0, uid= 1000)..."
"PowerManagerService: Going to sleep due to inattentive (uid 1000)..."

Please help us confirm it with SPTEK.
